I am going to share 10 different types of YUMMY foods that are good for your skin! Ok…let’s just be real here, we all try to eat foods that are good for us but sometimes they don’t taste the best. These foods are all just YUM! I got this list of foods and why they benefit your skin from fitness magazine and I’m so glad I read up on it! Monthly facials from our salon, the right skin products and these foods will have your skin GLOWING and feeling/looking so HEALTHY by summer!

Ok are you ready for a snack?!

1.CHOCOLATE..um yes!!!! Hydrates your skin,reduces puffiness, and makes your skin firmer. Can you say GLOWING? Ok let’s all go eat a few pieces! Dark chocolate benefits your skin more FYI!

2.Yogurt. PREVENTS WRINKLES! Do I even need to say more?

3. Pomegranate. Pomegranates are full of  polyphenol antioxidants which fight free radicals and regulate skin’s blood flow! FABULOUS!

4. Walnuts. Full of omega-3 fatty acids, which improve skin’s elasticity!

5. Peppers! Fight off crows feet!!! Ok now I really don’t need to say anymore… eat your peppers people!

6. Sunflower Seeds. Take me out to the ball game…. Suunflower Seeds brighten up your skin as they are loaded with Vitamin E!

7. Kidney Beans! GOODBYE ZITS! Load up on your beans ladies and say goodbye to your blemishes!

8. Soy. Next time you order your latte order it with Soy Milk, for clearer skin! Also, edamame does the same trick! Sushi night soon?

9. Oatmeal! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! CLEARly for more than one reason! Oatmeal help your skin appear younger! Woot woot! That’s what I’m talking about.

10. Green Tea. If you aren’t a Latte kinda gal order your self a Green Tea to get your day started! It’s very high in antioxidants and calms redness!

All of these foods are DELICIOUS! There’s something for everyone! These foods are also SO easy to incorporate into meals!

For example:

Make a yogurt parfait containing yogurt of course, pomegranate, walnuts, sunflower seeds topped with dark chocolate shavings! First delicious and second you just knocked out 5/10 of the skin superfoods we just talked about! That’s what I’m talking about! Get creative!
