What is Ultrasonic Cavitation?

Ultrasonic Cavitation uses leading edge technology to convert fat cells into liquid which can then be naturally drained by the body’s own filtration system.  Ultrasound Cavitation or Ultrasonic treatments aim to help you reshape your body and gain confidence in a new tightened tone appearance. The treatments are non-invasive and there is no down time.  They use low frequency sound waves that destroys stubborn fat cells under the skin. You can tone, tighten and lose inches naturally without surgery.  The treatments can be followed by a lymphatic drainage massage to aid in eliminating liquids.

Other popular names for the Ultrasound Cavitation treatments are Laser Lipo Ultrasound Assisted Fat Loss, Fat Cavitation, Body Sculpting, Ultrasonic Liposuction (non surgical) (just to name a few).

How does it work?

Ultrasonic Cavitation creates bubbles in the liquid that surround the fat cells, which gradually grow, and implode. As the membranes of fat cells do not have the structural capacity to withstand the vibrations, the effect of ultrasonic cavitation easily breaks them, while sparing the vascular, nervous and muscular tissue.

Is Ultrasonic Body Shaping a safe treatment?

Yes, the technician will have you complete a medical questionnaire to make sure you are a candidate.  It is a nonsurgical procedure without anesthesia, it is non-invasive and there is no down time.

Is Ultrasonic Cavitation painful?

No, cavitation is a painless treatment.  Some clients relax so much they actually fall asleep!

Can these treatments be performed on male and females?

Yes, the treatment is intended for men and women.  For best results, you may require a series of treatments.

Which are the areas where treatment is more effective?

All the areas with localized fat and cellulite: thighs, abdomen, buttocks, love handles, arms, legs and under the chin; or any place the body needs contouring.  The treatment will usually show an immediate change.

Is it possible to lose weight with Ultrasonic Cavitation?

Ultrasonic cavitation is NOT a method to lose weight but rather to shape the body. The treatment is used to reduce stubborn fatty pockets that just won’t go away with diet and exercise and to improve the appearance of cellulite.

Must you follow any guidelines before or after undergoing Ultrasonic Cavitation?

A light meal is recommended before and after the session, and at least 1.0-1.5 liters of water.  After the session, a small amount of cardio (brisk walk/jog) is recommended.  You must check with your physician before starting any diet or exercise regimen.
