Q: Do you guys do any type of hair straightening? I have long hair and it takes me a long time to dry it. Carolyn P, Las Vegas
A We do offer the Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment. It is a smoothing treatment, it makes your hair look shiny and cuts down on drying time.
Q: I used to get my heels scraped at my other salon. Do you guys do that in your pedicures? If you do, should I bring my own or do you supply it? Michelle W, Henderson
A: We do scrub your heels (if they need it). However, we only use a pumice and a file. Sometimes, using anything else might make your heels feel good and look good, but it can actually do damage. You do not need to bring in your own tools. The ones we use are disinfected and sanitized.
Q: I am coming to Las Vegas in April with a large group of women. How many pedicures can you accommodate? Linda B, Washington
A: Our pedicure suite can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal and Care Credit.
Q: Where do we sign up for a VIP Membership? Lari Y, Las Vegas
A: All you have to do is call us or come visit us and we will be more than happy to sign you up for the VIP program.
Q: I am pregnant. Is it okay to get a massage? Kate L, Las Vegas
A: Rule of thumb is, after your first trimester, it’s best to get an okay from your Ob/Gyn. Your doctor will be able to determine if a massage is beneficial for you and your baby.
Q: Is it normal to break out after a facial? I had my first facial treatment before I left Kansas and I broke out a little. MaryAnne, Las Vegas
A: The answer is yes and no. With every facial there is an exfoliation and deep cleansing. This tends to bring any underlying bacteria to the surface. The goal of a facial treatment is to clean and balance the skin. With regular treatments, normally every 4 weeks, your skin should look rejuvenated and fresh.
Q: My daughter is planning on attending home coming this year. Do you do up-do's? Melynda, Las Vegas
A: Yes! We do beautiful, fun up-do’s! Have your daughter come in for a free consultation with one of our stylists. They’ll discuss the look your daughter wants. It could be fun, classy or wild. We can also do her manicure and pedicure to complete her look for this important day.
Q: I've never had a massage before, so I don't exactly know what kind of massage to get. What is your suggestion? Bob, Las Vegas
A: Since this is your first massage, the best one to start with is a Swedish massage. A Swedish massage uses long flowing strokes with just the right pressure. You will feel so relaxed during your massage that you might even fall asleep! A lot of people do. Your next massage we can add in some deeper work to address areas that are tense.
Q: I am getting married in October. Do you have anything special to offer for brides and my bridesmaids (and maybe our moms and flower girl)? Amy, Las Vegas
A: Congratulations! We do have something special for a bride and her entourage. We offer many bridal services! Some include hair styling, manicures, pedicures and makeup. Others include a full day of pampering, including massage and skin care. Or, give us a call and we would be more than happy to put together a customized package just for you. We are so excited to be part of your special day.
Q: How long has Elements been open? Alicen, Las Vegas
A: Elements Salon and Wellness Spa has been open since 2008. However, it has been a dream of ours for many years.
